Thank you for choosing CHRIYA. We are committed to carefully packing your order and delivering it to you safely and on time.

Please read the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and packed within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

For orders within India, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may be longer for remote or difficult-to-service locations.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, and applicable shipping service.

If any free-shipping offer is available, the applicable terms and conditions will be mentioned on the website or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details through your registered email address and/or mobile number.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to us.

Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

CHRIYA will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, or the customer's unavailability to receive the shipment.

If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

CHRIYA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery information

  • Events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at chriya.india@gmail.com so that we can assist you with the courier investigation.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a complete unboxing video from the sealed package before opening it.

The video should clearly show the package, the opening process, and the product received.

This video may be required if you need to raise a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an incorrect address before your order is shipped, contact us as soon as possible at:

Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
